[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Can't add a featured image because the application

    Your theme is most likely preventing featured images working. Switch to twenty eleven (default theme) to check.

    Also, whilst editing the product, check in ‘screen options’ that its enabled. Top right of the page.

    I’ve switched to Twenty Eleven and Features image appears. So you’re right, its seems to be a theme issue.
