[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Attributes

    Greetings,

    I am setting this up for a store and have created the attributes for colors of a product.

    When I go to set the attributes when adding a product, I select the attribute but it is not pulling up the colors?

    I don’t get a drop down of the attributes to select all colors etc like in your videos.

    What I get is:

    VALUES:
    PIPE SEPARATE TERMS

    Do I have to individually add these like I did when setting up the attributes? I know in the video it shows a drop down menu and you can “Select All” or the colors you have in stock.

    You must add colours first – Products > Attributes, or the newer ‘add attribute term’ button.

    I am having this same problem. Not sure what you mean by add colours first though. How can I get past this?
