[Plugin: WooCommerce] Do the API keys get changed after the 2.4.2 upgrade?

After the 2.4.2 upgrade to the Woocommerce plugin, do the API keys get changed? The log says the API keys are no longer stored in the database. How does this effect partners that use the keys, like Printful. I have over 7000 products in my shop currently tied to Printful using the current API keys. If my keys get changed I would be faced with weeks of work to re-synchronize all my products with Printful since Printful identifies my store by the API keys.
