[Plugin: Woocommerce CSV importer] Commas problem as text

hi…is there any way to replace comma (,) with semicolon (;) ? By default excel saves csv with semicolon (;) Problem is that when i’ve got commas in product description or in price, then columns dont match and not importing correctly.
