    It looks like you are using version 1.2.1 of your theme but the current version is 1.4. I can’t tell whether the newer version includes a fix for the problem you have been experiencing, but anyway it would be good practice to keep your theme up-to-date. Best to take a backup first.

    Your theme has WooCommerce customizations so the vendor’s support service may be able to help you if this problem persists as they know their theme best. www.remarpro.com members don’t have access to commercial themes.
