News?

paypal has changed some aspects of its service and it appears woocommerce/woothemes isnt an official partner….now what cause the checkout process has an error when redirecting to paypal.com?

I had same issue. Remove the secure checkout option solved the issue. but is there any fix for it yet?

Also to direct check if the issue exists, please try https://www.yourwebsite.com

If you see the header already sent issue when accessing Checkout Page, then you would see same here as well.

Solved my issue!

I had the spinny thing on the checkout-

Changed the Settings- General to display the same url’s.

Also in the woocommerce- payments- paypal
and disabled the sandbox mode.

I also disabled all plugins i wasnt using except woocommerce and wowslider… but i’m not sure this was the issue.

I think the issue was the URL SETTINGS

my payout stil dont work. mabe it is because my php doesnt want to show 64mb but show 32mb. i cant change that because my service provider dont support that. please help, my business is standing or is there an other plugin that work?

I just noticed I am having the same problem…I try to hit checkout and the “Your Order” section is grayed out with the spinning wheel. I think it is because my site URL and home URL are different–but I cannot change this. The wordpress files are in its own directory. How do I fix this issue another way?

I was having same issue, only after a bit of circle spinning, my page went to an error page saying I had “too many redirects,” although I didn’t have any redirections enabled. I did have a plugin, however, (that I just install on all my wordpress pages). After disabling the plugin, now all pages work.

^ you can make those urls the same it doesn’t matter.

If your stuck with 32mb you should probably look for alternate hosting – thats pretty low.

deactivate your woocommerce newsletter plugin and than check your checkout page………..

I am having the same issue and tried all option above. any help appreciated. The issue only appears with IE9. all working fine with FF and Chrome. any idea where this is comming from?

I have a website using WooCommerce 1.6.5.2 with the most recent version of WordPress and when I click the Add To Cart button nothing happens. I checked that all of my pages contain the right shortcode and I am not using SSL for checkouts. The site is https://largermale.com. I am having a problem too.

The top button won’t add to cart.
The bottom one will but when you proceed to checkout it loads the homepage again?!?!

I seem to be having a few problems with woocommerce. I am using genesis themes and have the genesis plugin. Here is my shop page:

There is a simple view with a thumbnail, when it is clicked on it takes me to another page with a very blurred image of the thumbnail which when clicked, gives a good quality version. How can i stop the blurring or change the size of the image, and is this layout normal? there is no recognition of purchasing anything if you click the add to cart button but it does show i your basket. You are then taken to the blurred image page where you have to click again to see a quality image seems long winded.?

my second and final problem is after that:

When add to cart is clicked once you are in this page: https://sphericnews.com/shop/acholi-tribesman/ the view cart display appears click on that and the cart appears no problems but once you are in check out, fill in the name address etc click terms and then place order you get this code at the top {“result”:”success”,”redirect”:”https:\/\/secure.mijireh.com\/checkout\/B6B5A7DE06655DB4 no option to put in my payment details or the download???
