[Plugin: Woocommerce] Change the default order status sorting

Hello, I’m trying to change the default sorting of the order status colum in the “Orders” section of woocommerce plugin. By default it shows all statuses, I want to change it to processing.

I’ve found that this stuff is managed in the shop_order.php file but I don’t want to edit the core files directly. What is the correct way to do it?
