[Plugin: Woocommerce] Can't disable account creation on checkout

    I’m on woocommerce Version 2.3.9 and I just can’t figure out how to disable the required account creation during checkout. The “Enable guest checkout” box is checked under woocommerce > settings > checkout. I’ve also made sure to uncheck “Anyone can register” under wordpress settings > general. I would hide it with css but checkout can’t complete because the fields are required.

    Any ideas?
