[Plugin: Woo Commerce] Single downloadable product file for all variations

For every downloadable product at my site, there are about 20 variations per product where the only thing that changes is the price based on the number of users.

The problem is I will need to upload the exact same file 20 times on each product page per variation unless somebody can recommend a faster method or advise if there is some way I can quickly apply one download file to all variations . . .
