Plugin won't let me upload

I just installed and activated the Flipbook plugin, however it won’t let me upload a PDF. When I add a new Publication, and under ‘PDF File’ click the ‘Select PDF’ button, nothing happens, it just clicks and nothing happens. Can someone assist?
