Plugin wont delete error msg

What, specifically, is the error message?

Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete that plugin’s directory from there.

I think my host tried that already and got the same error message

The error you quoted is a PHP error, they wouldn’t have gotten it by deleting the files via SFTP.

No i removed them the caching is done by the host

I was using WP Otimize and WP fastest cache
