Plugin won’t activate

    I’m looking for a banner for a multiple line announcement. I installed Bulletin on the staging site, but when I clicked on Activate, it wouldn’t activate. I tried deleting and reinstalling it. Most banners only allow one line. I would like to use this if I can get it activated. It’s compatible with my version of WP, but it may be the theme or another plugin conflict.
