[Plugin: Wizzart – Recent Comments] too small support UTF-8 and cyrilic

  • Hi!
    do not use “substr” in PHP. otherwise, the Russian language can cut incorrectly and in the end gets a “question mark”, like this:

    в режиме онла?…

    this: ?????
