[Plugin: Wiredrive Player] Video sound only

    What is the troublesome video encoded in? If you look at the page in Safari does the video play?

    Is it H.264 and .mp4? Or something else? Do the videos play in Wiredrive reels?

    I suspect it’s a format issue. Can you post or email me a link to the video?
