[Plugin: Windows Azure Storage for WordPress] blob name is begging with year/month

Using 3.3.1 multisite. Uploaded video files have the year and month appended to the front of the filename, so mouse.mp4 becomes 2012/03/mouse.mp4
How can this be disabled???
