Plugin will not work on Multisite

  • I just installed plugin to multisite. When I go to subsite and click activate, it forces me to login to a different subsite and activates there. At this point, when I go to the initial subsite, it remains inactive. No matter how many times I click on it, it takes me to the same other subsite and notifies activated.

    We tried to reproduce your problems on our testing servers and didn’t have any luck.
    There may be a problem in the site configuration.
    We need to look at it from the inside.

    So please contact our internal support team.
    We’ll check what’s wrong and will try to fix the problem.
