Plugin will not work

Hello,

I was able to successfully create a gallery from an album off of Vimeo. The preview works great and a shortcode was generated. However, when I add in the shortcode, the gallery is not shown on the page. If I manually add in the shortcode, not only is there no gallery display, there is no page at all; it turns my whole page white.

We are using a custom theme (child theme of Vantage). https://eghs.egtc.net/students/#WVA. The video gallery is supposed to be under “Video Announcements”.

Thoughts?
