The issue is the use of wp_remote_get function to open the uploaded file by url. For example, if https://www.site.com and wp_remote_get fetches the uploaded file by https://www.site.com/upload/up.json, it will fail by no authorized access and import fails.

The plugin works when the system access the uploaded file from local file system.
