Excellent plugin – always a lifesaver
Once all widgets would be thrown into the in active widgets list
Now in the days of 3.3.1 and 3.4-latest its better that they get moved usually correctly into available widgetised area
Have you thought of writing an improvement of guiding/wizarding the widgets into widgitised areas more sensibly. see About the “Lock in Effect” in WordPress Themes and Plugins and/or The WordPress Theme Lock-In Effect
