Plugin which combines bookings and product purchase

I’m looking for a plugin which combines a booking / calendar component with a product shopping cart.

The booking component needs to allow visitors to book and purchase a clinic appointment. The shopping cart needs to allow for products to be purchased.

There are plenty of good plugins which handle one or the other, but I’m having trouble finding one which allows products and bookings to be purchased in the same transaction.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
