[Plugin: Welcome Pack] Small enhancement request

Great plugin, DJpaul! I’m using it with WP s/u and BP 1.2.2.1. I have a small enhancement request:

On the admin Settings page for Welcome Pack, in the text field for “…with this subject:” to add a subject to the welcome email, it would be nice if there was a toggle to optionally include the recipient’s user name — perhaps if you had a control in the settings to add something like “[username]” in shortcode and have the system automatically add the username wherever the short code appeared. Here are two examples, with the admin entry above and the site display below:

Welcome to MySite, [username]
Welcome to MySite, DJpaul

Or,

Welcome [username] to MySite
Welcome DJpaul to MySite

That way, when as admin I see these messages in my user profile, I can quickly see the usernames of all the recent signups without having to click each one. Not a big deal, obviously, but just another level of organization.
