[Plugin: Welcart e-Commerce] can i get the english version?

Unfortunately there is no English version of welcart for this moment.

However we are currently working on globalization (Localization) of this plugin. After several update, globalized welcart will be ready to be download.
We will inform our customers on the Changelog when we are done with globalization.

I live in bilingual country and there is a big problem switching between 2 languages in most of e-commerce plugins.

how to edit language wich file must be translate. i try to translate to indonesian in usces.pot is thats true?
