[Plugin: Weather Forecast – WP Wunderground] Weather icons – hover title that displays weather descr

Hi, am wondering if it’s possible to add a hover title to the weather icons?
I am displaying a 3 day forecast which displays great, but I hover over an icon, I would like it to display the phrase related to that forecast.
Please see pic of what i mean.
Seems to be some ‘current condition phrases’ listed on wunderground.com, just cant seem implement them…
