[Plugin: Weather Forecast – WP Wunderground] Weather forecast varies according to design dimensions!

If I use a shortcode and set the width of table.wp_wunderground to 200px, today’s forecast is ‘partly cloudy’.
If I remove the width dimension, the forecast becomes ‘chance of rain’.
