[Plugin: Watermark My Image] Can't Get It To Work

    Hi there and thanks for the plugin. I have downloaded and activated the plugin, gone through the settings how i want it displayed but I can’t get it to show on pictures. I have uploaded two pictures and can’t see the watermark below, i have even right clicked and opened in a new tab/window. Please advice what I’m doing wrong.

    Hello.

    Does the preview show on this page wp-admin/admin.php?page=watermark-my-image/main.php ?

    What version of WordPress do you have ?

    i have same problem, i cant get it work… or this plugin dosnt automatically watermark images? manual is working..

    ..and yes preview is working. WP 3.2.1

    It should automatically watermark images, right after you upload them.

    I have uploaded a fresh copy of WP 3.2.1 and the 0.2 version of the plugin to a server, did a test and it worked just fine.

    Can you please tell exactly what are you doing ?

    maybe theres a problem with php version 5.3.3 that i use?

    I tested the plugin with PHP 5.2.5 and 5.3.6 and there were no problems at all, so I doubt it’s the PHP version…

    Can you go to this page wp-admin/admin.php?page=watermark-my-image/main.php and tell me if there is anything checked next to “Enable watermark for” ? And is anything written in the “Values” fields for Text 1 and Text 2 ?

    Enable watermark for is checked medium, large and full size and value 1 has multiple texts and value 2 only one short url text.

    So you are uploading images through the WP editor and they are not watermarked, yes ? (sorry for the silly question, but just making sure..)

    Do you see any errors, any strange things, anything at all ?

    I was able to get the plugin to work by reactivating it and clearing my cache. Dunno why but it helped me.

    it watermarked two images and then stopped working again. i give up..

    It’s because it only watermarks the standard wordpress sizes which makes it pretty much unusable for most pics. I think the programmer of the plugin is working on the fix atm.. Maybe you can take a look in the source code and find a quick solution that you can share with us others?

    Oh, by the way.. You need to deactivate it and activate it again. Give that a try and let me know if it still doesn’t work.
