[Plugin: Watermark My Image] Amazon S3

I use Amazon S3 service and also use Amazon S3 for WordPress with CloudFront plugin to save my images to Amazon S3. Your plugin works perfectly when the images are saved locally but the ones that are saved on S3 do not have watermark. Is there a way to fix that?
