Plugin was great… until it wasn’t

  • The recent updates, and decision on the developers part to reduce the upload limit size (64mb) for importing backups has pretty much rendered the free version of this plugin useless for me.

  • @aaronlynch, the developer offers a free plugin called “All-in-One WP Migration File Extension” that, when also activated, allows for a limit of 512MB. I can’t remember the technical reason for the extension plugin, but it certainly makes the plugin more useful that what you suggest. Have you tried it?
