That’s a known WordPress cron problem.

When a WordPress has this problem, the best way to fix it is disable the WordPress cron (wp-cron.php) and use the server cron.

I have encountered the very same problem. I have followed the instructions laid out here, but my question is this: what script exactly should I enter into the command field for my web hosting provider (Bluehost).

Is it the same as in the example: cd /home/cpusrname/public_html; php -q wp-cron.php

Also, am I supposed to keep the cron job set up in WangGuard settings or no?
