[Plugin: W4 post list] I am confused about "Show future posts" options.

I am some confused about “Show future posts” options.
– Show future posts: ( No. / Yes. )

I respect that new posted articles will be showed automatically when I select “yes” in the “Show future posts” options. However, it works as statically not dynamically as I respect.

And then, how can I get posting list dynamically?
I want my page to be shown brand new all the times dynamically.
How can I do that?
