[Plugin: W3TotalCache] Pagespeed says browser caching & compression not enabled

I have a wordpress website and I am using W3 Total Cache in combination with Cloudflare.

I have followed some great posts as well as went through previous WordPress forum posts and modified my W3 Total Cache settings but Pagespeed says Compression and Browser caching not enabled.

I have also modified .htaccess manually but no success. It has been more than 24 hours and I am still receiving compression and browser caching not enabled.
