hello, i have check archives: files wp-w3images.php and wp-w3pup.php are in the root of the archive of the w3images plugin here at w3images www.remarpro.com page, these files need to be placed in the root of your blog after (or before) w3images installation/activation. After plugin activated in admin, point your browser to wp-w3images.php.

Note: the wp-w3pup.php is needed only if simple html/js pupup mode has been set as slide mode, while it is not necessary for images inline slide or ajax slide.

The entire w3images folder need of course uploaded to the plugins folder of wordpress.

But it was true the download of 1.1.2 at axew3.com downloads page was not containing the wp-w3pup.php file, needed (as above mentioned) only for html/js popup slide mode. The archive at axew3.com download page has now been updated, thank you.

After w3images activation you should have created correctly tables on your database (wp_w3images,wp_w3images_options,wp_w3images_sections).
The w3images activation/install has been test out whit no problems on a fresh 3.0.1 wordpress install.
Note: it required wordpress version 3.0.0 or better to use the w3images 1.1.2.
Old versions maybe are suitable for old wordpress installations, you can find out old w3images 1.0.4 at axew3.com if needed.

If still in problem let know.
