    Cincopa just uses Amazon Web Services, so I don’t see what is special there. You can use that plugin as it’s designed and use W3TC’s CDN features respectively as far as I can see.

    Yeah, but I can’t get any CNAME from Cincopa… They just use a Media Sender…

    So, how could I use Cincopa CDN server with W3TC?

    Again, they just appear to use Aamazon Web Services, so you need to ask them this question. At the moment, I don’t see a reason to attempt this as they don’t support providing CDN for your entire site.
