[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3TC Runs Better on WP-3.2?

Frederick, first of all, thank you for your excellent work. I just switched from WP Super Cache and your plugin has improved my site speed substantially.
It could be related to the theme I am using, but it seems that W3TC runs better on WP-3.2 than on WP-3.3.
Google Speed test would ask for improvement on inline CSS/JS minification on WP3.3.1, but it is happy with WP3.2 – same setting on both sites.
