[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3TC and S3, I am missing something…

W3TC = great plugin!!
I have done all the configuration for the plugin and everything seems to work out fine. No error messages etc. I have created a bucket in S3 and all the files have been uploaded to the bucket without problems, but the files are still not used in the page.

For example. if I view the page source code it still uses the
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”https://mydomain.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/style.css&#8221; /> instead of the CDN version.

This is the same for all files.
I have added amazonaws.com in about:config but ySlow reports that my site is not using CDN.

Am I missing something?

I shoould mention that I have installed this plugin on a subsite in my own network multisite installation.

It uses a modified Eventina theme from WP-Zoom and it also uses timthumb.php for images.
