    That is a W3TC error, are you using another caching plugin already?

    No. I am getting white screen with this message:
    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/content/69/5707569/html/wp-content/db.php.

    Have you tried a re-install of the plugin as suggested?

    Can you submit a bug error report through the plugin itself with the access log and any other relevant information?
