[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Upgraded and now cannot login to site

I upgraded W3 Total Cache to 0.9.2 yesterday. Then I updated WP to 3.1.2. While logged in I could not update any page or post without getting the white screen of death. Then I logged out. Now I get the whitescreen after entering my name/password and hitting Login. The site works fine for non logged in users but I have no access to admin at all.

I have tried:

–Using ftp to delete W3Total Cache and any files associated with it.

–Removed references to W3TC from htaccess. Checked for other htaccess files.

–Checked functions.php and config.php for extra lines and any refs to W3TC.

–Changed name of plugins folder to plugins_old and created new empty plugins folder.

–Changed name of themes folder to themes_old, created new themes folder and put twentyten in it. Navigated to site and site was blank. Restored original themes folder and site is working but no admin access.

–Looked through options table in phpmyadmin and removed any lines I could find that directly referenced W3TC.

–Tried logging in from other browsers.

Anyone have any other suggestions? Should I re-install WP?
