[Plugin W3-Total Cache] Unable to uninstall
-
Long story short I need to disable and remove W3TC from my site temporarily; and I can’t.
WordPress itself has absolutely no problems writing to any file it feels so inclined to do. W3TC, on the other hand, will not go away and complains when I try to make it do so.
I’d, mistakenly, thought that I could simply disable and delete the plugin like any other — I was wrong. I’d found a tutorial that said to turn off all the caching modes, then disable, then delete, then go hunt down some certain files and delete (here for anyone interested)
This is what I get whenever I try to save changes from the Performance menus

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/network/admin.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Again, though, only in W3TC. All permissions are seemingly fine. I’ve tried nuking my .htaccess, interestingly enough W3TC instantly restores its lines for that before I’ve had a chance to try anything else.
I’m at a complete loss.
