[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Uable to access the minify plus low page speed since upgrade to latest vers

For some reason since the upgrade i’m unable to access the minify settings in wordpress. My page speed has also move from 76 to 67. I’m unsure of what to do or how to fix it.
