[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Suggestion: Warn to clear cache on settings update (reading, discussion)

The plug warns to clear the cache when the status of a plugin changes but not when discussion settings are changed. A client couldn’t figure out why the comments form always said “You must be logged in to post a comment.” despite the settings in the dashboard.
Not critical but a thought =)
