[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] self-hosted CDN

    Hate asking a dumb question but I cannot set up a CDN on a self hosted subdomain. I set up a subdomain static.englishadvantage.info and added a CNAME record to point it back to my domain.

    In W3 Total Cache settings I have
    FTP hostname: https://ftp.englishadvantage.info
    FTP username: USERNAME
    FTP password: PASSWORD

    FTP path: Not sure what to put here.

    Replace site’s hostname with: static.englishadvantage.info

    Keep getting a can’t resolve error message.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
