[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Rackspace And Blank Pages

I can connect to my Rackspace Files with my credentials ok – the test button is successful. But when I deploy my settings I get blank pages for everything (except my Dashboard which works fine). But the index page and all other pages are completely blank. “view source” turns up nothing.
Turning off CDN brings everything back to normal.

My plugins include Bad Behavior, CForms, Greg’s High performance SEO, Post Thumb Revisited. I am using a SeeZine theme, which incorporates a jquery-slider.
