• a bit of a noob with this plugin, but i am still receiveing the cached pages when i am logged in.
i think it is a browser cache thing, as when i flush browser cache [cmd+shift+r] i then always get the correct admin only content on the pages.
however, with the plugin deactivated i dont have any issues with browser caching.

also, is there a way to flush entire plugin cache when any single post or page is updated? this would update all my custom loops throughout the site.

On the page cache settings tab there’s an option to enable caching for administrators, check that setting. Also as far as browser caching, if pages are set not to cache for administrators browser caching of pages is specifically set not to occur.

This has already been the default behavior of the plugin since initial release.

Thanks for the help, but its still not working.

Is this the setting you mean:
[] Don’t cache pages for logged in users

If so, it doesnt make a difference if this is checked or unchecked.
(have been flushing entire cache before each test also)

This is not a known bug. Please make a bug submission using the support tab in the plugin.

i’m not a pro when it comes to things to do with caching, but is it etags that are responsible for the browser caching?
if so, would it be a good feature to allow etags to be turned off somehow?

For logged in users eTags are not set.
