[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Page Redirect with W3TC

I have a page on my site that is set to redirect to another site, but I cannot get it to work with W3TC activated. I have tried adding the page to the “Never cache the following pages” field, but it still will not redirect. What am I missing? The redirect works fine if I disable W3TC.
