[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Not inserting full link to header file on CDN

    Just transferred a blog to another server. Works fine there except it will not create the full link to the header image file on Amazon Cloudfront. It only lists the link for Cloudfront up to the cloudfront.net part, but not the rest of the address.

    I have created a new S3 bucket for the files from this new installation of the blog. I have tried deleting the header file and re-creating it. The header file definitely exists on Amazon S3. It is listed in the Custom file list in the W3 Total Cache CDN section.

    I’m using a Headway theme. Not sure if it’s W3 Total Cache related or Headway related. But, the header image file does display correctly if I disable W3 Total Cache and run from the origin server copy. Also,
    it only happens when I use the CDN, which is controlled by W3 Total Cache and seems to indicate it is related to W3 Total Cache not writing the CDN link correctly.

    Any ideas would be welcome.

    I’m using WP version 3.2.1 and W3 Total Cache Version 0.9.2.4.
