  • Disable all the options in W3 Total Cache plugin and then enable them one by one to find out what’s causing the issues you described.

    Most likely, your problem is with minification. If you have several other plugins installed which load various css and js, you may not be able to leave minification on auto.
    Set minification to manual and only enable the inline stuff on the minify page. That will give you a decent level of optimization without having to add every css and js file manually.
