[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Minify CSS giving me a 404

Every page I’m getting a 404 for the minified CSS this plugin should be generating.
The file doesn’t exist. The /wp-content/w3tc/min folder is set to 755 but w3tc does not seem to be writing to it.
