[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Loads minified and original scripts (loads scripts twice)

I enabled manual minification & added most of my scripts (had to leave colorbox out because it borked when minified). On checking the page source, I saw that the non-minified versions of scripts that I had minified continue to load. This was causing my ‘toggle’ info boxes to break for logged-out visitors. Needless to say, it doesn’t help page load times, either.
