• I have the plugin installed for almost 2 month. Today my site shows 500 Internal Server Error.
I deactivated all Plugins (basically renamed the Plugins folder via FTP and created an empty new folder). It shows an error in the advanced-cache.php file (which is not inside the plugins folder).
I don’t know what to do – how can I reset stuff to get my site running again?? I dont have access to the Admin area. ??

Thanks a lot for your help!

    Exact error msg:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove xxxxx/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
If I delete (o rename) this file, the 500 Internal Server Error is back.

Did you try repeating the installation steps?

At the end I installed the latest WordPress version and now everything is working again. Whatever happend… I hope it won’t happen again.
Anyway, it’s a great plugin! Thanks!!

What version did you have previously?

I have the latest version but still I get that error.

Does your plugin conflict with any of the other plugins?

How do I optimize it to increase wordpress blog performance?

    Ronak.

There are 9000+ plugins; I’m sure there are some conflicts somewhere. You can contact me through my web site for support.

I am getting the same errors and have tried multiple solutions but nothing works as of yet. I am trying to avoid having to take down all my content and reinstall everything.

    Any suggestions?
