[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] How to Turn Off must-revalidate from Header in .htaccess ?

Hi,

I’m using MaxCDN with W3TC. The support at MaxCDN said to remove Header append Cache-Control “public, must-revalidate, proxy-revalidate” from the .htaccess to increase my cache hit. I looked at the .htaccess and that line comes from W3TC. How can I turn that off in the plugin?
