Good timing … I was just going to ask if it were still under active development since there is no update in quite a while.

This question has been asked numerous times, and occasionally Frederick will reply that they’re still working on it, because they want to get it right, but that’s been happening for MONTHS now, and still nothing.

This used to be one of my favorite plugins, but starting around WP 3.0 being released, it breaks my site every time I try installing it. Haven’t found another plugin that’s as good and comprehensive, which makes it even more frustrating.

Hell, if we had to pay something to support it and get it released, I will! I don’t care if it is a Premium plugin – it is worth it, but not until it works again.

My site don’t break when I use the plugin.
I used the tutorial below and everything is just fine:

    https://www.techiezone.net/tutorials/configure-w3-total-cache/

as the creator of the tutorial said don’t use the build in Minify feature.
Instead use the JS & CSS Script Optimizer plugin.

When a plugin isn’t updated for 15 months, it means it’s dead. Time to move on.

The developer(s) keeps popping in and assuring everyone that an update is forthcoming, so it’s not dead, it’s just… resting.
